The procurement of goods, works, and services includes the following stages: need planning, procurement plan formation, supplier (contractor, performer) selection, and performance of contractual obligations by the parties.
Procurement is carried out based on the approved procurement plan for the supply of goods, performance of works, and provision of services, and within the framework of the approved budget for meeting the Society's needs.
When procuring goods, works, and services, the following must be ensured:
- Effective and timely satisfaction of the Society's needs for goods, works, and services, including achieving procurement objectives and their justification;
- Economically justified costs and efficient expenditure of the Society's funds.
The requirements of this Regulation apply to all departments of JSC "Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport".
