Parking

On the territory of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk terminal, a parking complex is in operation, which includes:

Short-term parking for cars (Zone R2, for passengers with limited mobility)
Daily parking (Zone R1 and R3)
Public transport parking (Zone R4)

A new free parking lot has opened within walking distance from the terminal, at the intersection of 1st Oktyabrskaya and 2nd Zarechnaya streets. The parking is intended for those meeting passengers, where they can wait for a call from the arriving passengers.

There is also an option to purchase long-term parking cards (subscriptions):

Parking fee for airport employees for every 12 hours of stay
Parking fee for ABK employees in zones P1 and P3 (per month)
Parking fee for government agency employees using their personal vehicles in the airport, zones P1 and P3 (per month)
Parking fee for airline employees, and employees of organizations renting premises in the airport, zones P1 and P3 (per month)
Parking fee for external organizations and individuals, zones P1 and P3 (per month)
Cost for replacing a parking access card (in case of damage, loss, including theft)

Monthly Parking Passes

Monthly parking passes are available for airport employees, government officials, airline employees, and other organizations. Please contact the parking office for more information.

Current price list for using the parking complex:

Passenger drop-off/pick-up

first 15 minutes - Free
0-60 minutes - 500 rubles
each subsequent 60 minutes - 500 rubles

Short-term parking (Zone R2)

300 rubles for 16-60 minutes
1,200 rubles for the first day
600 rubles per subsequent day

Long-term parking (Zone R1 and R3)

600 rubles per day (not divisible by hours)

Public transportation parking

500 rubles per hour from the first minute

Parking Rules:

Re-entry within 30 minutes is charged from the first minute.

Rates:
- 300 rubles per hour for short-term parking;
- 600 rubles per day for long-term parking.
Vehicle owners can use the free 15-minute parking again after 30 minutes of leaving the airport area.
In the passenger drop-off and pick-up area, the first 15-minute free parking rule applies only to public transport. Personal vehicle owners should not enter this area. A "No Entry" sign is already in place. A camera will soon be installed to record violations.
