Instructions

Combining separate packages, tying bundles to a bag, etc., is prohibited. When placed in storage, such items will be considered separate places.
Payment for luggage storage is made per calendar day. A calendar day runs from 00:01 to 24:00 and is indivisible.
If an item is needed to be retrieved from storage, even for temporary use, the right to further storage will be terminated. To return the luggage for storage, the entire luggage check-in procedure must be redone.

Items are accepted in any packaging (suitcase, briefcase, bag, backpack, bundle, basket, etc.) that prevents damage and contamination of other passengers' (clients') belongings and storage equipment.
The weight of one piece of luggage for storage must not exceed 30 kg. Combining separate packages into one luggage place, as well as tying bundles to a suitcase, bag, etc., is prohibited.
Individual items such as coats, hats, umbrellas are accepted for storage with placement on hangers in the cloakroom. Fruits, vegetables, and other food products are only accepted in packaging. The administration is not responsible for their natural spoilage.
Glass and other fragile items are accepted for storage only in sturdy packaging marked "Fragile, Glass."
Explosive, flammable, combustible, poisonous, and foul-smelling substances, as well as weapons without cases and ammunition, are not accepted for storage.
Items not claimed by the owner within 30 days from the date of acceptance for storage are considered unclaimed and are disposed of in accordance with established procedures. Opening and disposal (destruction) of items may be carried out before the expiry of the set term if further storage could lead to contamination of the premises or damage to other items.
When retrieving items from storage for temporary use, the right to further storage is terminated. Re-checking in of items must be processed anew.
If a passenger (client) loses the token, items are issued based on his statement and upon presentation by the passenger (client) of documents and proofs of ownership of the items. Issuing items to passengers with preschool-aged children is done out of turn.
