Issuance of a Certificate Confirming the Fact of Flight
The service is provided only for those passengers who departed from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport with any airline. To obtain the certificate, the passenger in whose name the ticket was issued, or their legal representative acting on the basis of a notarized power of attorney, must personally apply.
To obtain the certificate, you will need:
- Personally apply at the information desk, presenting the original identity document and filling out an application.
- Request the service through the airport website by filling out the online form, indicating the passenger's details.
Service Payment
The service can be paid for at the airport building at the information desk.
The cost of the service is 900 rubles.
The document will be ready within 5 working days. The certificate can be received by email specified in the application, by "Russian Post" delivery, or in person at the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport information desk, upon presentation of the original identity document.
